What Makes Frankie Qualified to Create Recipes and Talk About Food and Nutrition?

Being an honors graduate from an accredited culinary arts program, over a year of university level study in human nutritional science at an accredited university, participation in nutrition research projects as a subject with the USDA, a core competency in master gardening with years of gardening experience as well as raising and butchering a variety of animals from domestic to wild game, and a long history of a passion for food and nutrition while staying abreast on the trends and scientific research on the subjects, are just some of the highlights that make Frankie qualified.
